The other one Pain Free has exercise plans for various body alignment problems. Basic principle is that humans evolved over thousands of years, during which they were in constant motion as hunters egoecue foragers, and now we sit at desks all day and wonder why we’re in pain.

Good read, but hard to see sticking with this without a PT to help guide along. There are no discussion topics on this book yet. Also includes off diagnosis charts and guides, and exercises to help strengthen and morion the body in ways that will reduce pain. Goodreads helps you keep track of books you want to read. He makes a lot of big and sometimes false statements with practically no sources cited beyond himself.
